We want every guide to feel genuinely useful. If a product isn't right for you, email support@midlifebodycode.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to give a reason.

How to request a refund

• Email us from the address you used to buy, with the subject "Refund"
• Include your order number if you have it
• Refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank

After 30 days

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we can't usually offer refunds after 30 days. If something went wrong with your file or download, contact us any time and we'll fix it.

Duplicate or mistaken purchases

Bought the same product twice by mistake? Tell us and we'll refund the duplicate right away.
