These terms apply to your use of midlifebodycode.com and to any digital product you buy from Midlife Body Code ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Midlife Body Code is an independent digital publisher based in Bengaluru, India. You can reach us at support@midlifebodycode.com.
2. Our products
We sell digital downloads: PDF guides and MP3 audio tracks. No physical item is shipped. Product descriptions on this site explain what each download contains.
3. Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles checkout, payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax, and its own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars.
4. Delivery
After a successful payment you receive a download link on screen and by email. If you don't receive it within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.
5. Licence
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read, print and listen to it for your own use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or redistribute our paid files. The free 3 AM Return Kit may be shared freely but not sold.
6. Educational content, not medical advice
Our content is educational wellness information written by breath and meditation teachers. It is not medical, psychological or nutritional advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting new practices, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication. Stop any practice that causes discomfort. Individual experiences vary and we make no guarantee of specific results.
7. AI-assisted narration
Our audio tracks are narrated using an AI-generated voice from scripts written by our teaching team.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
